What-A-Pleasure Houseboat – Specs Sheet

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: A large and comfortable 65 foot pontoon houseboat with 3 fresh and modern double cabins. The covered top deck has a lovely spacious lounge/dining room area with a good bar and bench seats perfect for lounging in. There is also a splash pool with sunbeds surrounding it, which are at the front of the boat and are not undercover. There are a further 4 wheel based sunbeds at the back of the boat. The lower deck has a small chill out area which is undercover at the front of the boat. The adjacent lounge/breakfast area has 2 fold down double beds. There are two spacious bathrooms on board, each with a shower, toilet and basin. There are separate facilities for the crew.

EXTRA FACILITIES: Linen, mosquito nets and cutlery are provided (please bring your own swimming and bath towels). 6 KVA generator and a USB player music system.

TENDER BOAT: 2 x tender boats (Sportster & Chessa Fisherman) one with a 90 and one with a 40 Mariner Engine (for fishing in the bay and only the staff are allowed to drive the boats. If you wish to take your own boat this can be arranged no problem).

COLD SPACE: There are two deep freezers in the kitchen and 4 cooler boxes on the top deck.

CREW: 3 – captain, chef & deckhand

ADDITIONAL INFO: Catering, drinks, ice, fishing rod hire and purchase of tackle and bait can be arranged at an extra cost. National Park fees change often, so please request a copy of the latest fees when booking. Secure parking is available at Carobeck Marina for $5 per vehicle per day.

MOORING: The vessel is moored at Carobeck Marina (Handora harbor). General time for embarking is 12 noon and disembarking by 10am unless otherwise specified by prior arrangement.

ENGINES: 6 Cylinder Perkins Marine engine.

CRUISING SPEED: 5-6 Knots per hour.

POWER SUPPLY: Generator charges 24 volt batteries, which run the lights and charging units. Square English plug points on board.
